What are my payment options?
A credit card is a preferred method. For US customers that subscribe to the annual plan, we also support ACH bank transfer. Contact us for details.
Do you need my credit card info to sign up?
No, you can sign up and start using Peoplelogic for free for 14 days trial period without entering your credit card details.
We need to add new users to the team. How will I be charged?
- During a Trial period of 14 days, you won't be charged. You can add unlimited amount of users and access all features for free.
- After purchasing, you can add unlimited users - there's no per user pricing - just one fair, fixed cost per month.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Yes, the price shown is annual! Talk to your sales representative about flexible payment terms.
How is Peoplelogic protecting my data?
We work hard to ensure your data is protected and secured, and we are fully GDPR-compliant and SOC2 Type 2. Please refer to our Security Statement for more information.
Can I export my data?
Yes, in case you want to move from Impact to another system, you can export your data at any time in CSV format. We hope you won't leave us, though.
